FOB KALSU, Iraq -- Maj. Gen. J.D. Thurman, commander, Multi-National Division -- Baghdad, listens while a worker at the Hateen bus factory explains his part of assembling a bus during a tour May 18. Thurman met with Sebah Aafaji, bus factory manager, to discuss the future of the once thriving industry that supplied the majority of buses and automobiles in the Babil Province in the 1980s and 1990s.
