Sgt. 1st Class David Moore, 4th Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, assists a civilian helicopter pilot in attaching a tow cable to a High-Cat helicopter at Forward Operating Base Wolverine, Shinkay District, Zabul province, Afghanistan. The civilian helicopter then tows the pallet of fresh water northeast to FOB Varner, and from there to Combat Outpost Crazyhorse, Shajoy District.
