Sailors and Marines move combat rubber raiding crafts out of the well deck aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Harpers Ferry during a ship-to-shore combat rubber raid craft offload exercise. Harpers Ferry, the amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga and the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit are participating in Amphibious Landing Exercise 2009. PHIBLEX is an exercise designed to improve interoperability, increase readiness and develop professional relationships between the U.S. military and the armed forces of the Philippines.
