Engineer units from Arkansas are supporting the 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team (CBCT) during live-fire and simulated battles in the Mojave Desert. This is the first force-on-force training cycle the Army National Guard has participated in since the beginning of the global war on terror, and is comprised of more than 5,200 Soldiers from 10 states’ National Guard units, reserve and active duty U.S. Army components.
