GREAT LAKES, Ill. (Aug. 13, 2015) – Command Master Chief Karim Cole, of the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels, gives a challenge coin to Senior Chief Information Systems Technician Kristal Pena, Division 267 Recruit Division Chief, at Recruit Training Command (RTC) Great Lakes, Ill., August 13. The Recruit Division Sponsorship Program allows Navy commands to interact with recruits during training and take part in the "Sailorization" process of turning individuals into well-rounded members of the U.S. Navy - making civilians into Sailors.
