Hiroshi Oka, center, commander of Mine Warfare Force, Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF), along with other Japanese military officers, lays a wreath at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery. JMSDF helicopter destroyer JS Hyuga (DDH 181) is in San Diego to participate in multinational, scenario-driven amphibious training exercise Dawn Blitz 2015.
