Station Portsmouth tows the sailing vessel Evonne Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2015. Crews from the Coast Guard Cutter Heron and Station Portsmouth worked together to dewater the sailing vessel and tow it safely to Blue Water Marina, Portsmouth, Va.
