Retired Lt. Col. Richard Cole, co-pilot of Aircraft No. 1 during the Doolittle Tokyo Raid, leads the ceremonial goblet toast during the 72nd anniversary celebration of the mission April 18 at the JBSA-Randolph Parr Club.
