Master Sgt. Joseph Loeser operates a Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) system, connecting to JISCC sites at Scott Air Force Base and Peoria, Ill. The JISCC is supported exercise Prairie Assurance, Aug. 24 to 28, 2015, at the 183rd Fighter Wing, Springfield, Ill. The multi-agency event was designed to train elements of a task force to rapidly respond to a major earthquake in southern Illinois.
