An explosive ordance disposal 2nd class technician assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines teaches an Improvised Explosive Device awareness and detection course to Armed Forces Philippines Navy Seabees and Infantry Marines at Barangay Camp Uno in Lamitan. JSOTF-P Service members partnered with two AFP EOD-qualified instructors, teaching the proper response procedures should they encounter an IED.
