GULF OF ADEN (Sept. 1, 2015) Sailors and Marines heave in line aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Anchorage (LPD 23) during an underway replenishment (UNREP) with Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE 7). Anchorage is part of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and, with embarked 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
