U.S. Army Spc. James Locke, from the 363rd Military Police Company out of Grafton, W.Va., and assigned to Multinational Battle Group-East, performs a joint traffic control point inspection on military vehicles alongside Slovenian soldiers working with the Kosovo Force International Military Police, to ensure soldiers are carrying proper credentials and following safety procedures while driving, Aug. 26, 2015, outside Camp Nothing Hill near Leposavic, Kosovo. The TCPs are set up as a safety measure for multinational forces under NATO to make sure they are operating within the proper regulations in support of freedom of movement and a safe and secure environment in Kosovo.
