WASHINGTON, D.C. (Aug. 27, 2015) Megan Lickliter-Mundon, a researcher with the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration, explains the special solution a girder from USS Macon (ZRS 5) is soaking in as part of preservation efforts.
