Lance Cpl. Shahrul Safar, a Malaysian Armed Forces service member participating in Non-lethal Weapons Executive Seminar 2015 (NOLES), observes the cartridge of an X26 taser round, Sept. 8, 2015. NOLES is an annual exercise hosted by U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific, and the U.S. Pacific Command's premier multilateral theater security cooperation event for non-lethal weapons. The Field Training Exercise portion of the exercise is the first part of the exercise which ends with a leadership seminar hosting senior leaders from more than 20 nations.
