(Sept. 9, 2015) International students take part in the classroom portion of the International Tactical Communications Course at Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS). The course provides students with the required instruction and field training to plan and conduct programming and operation of HF, VHF, and UHF communication equipment in all environments and situations.
