150910-N-XX566-004 BREMERTON, Wash. (Sept. 10, 2015) - Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Steven Jones takes the Navy-wide advancement exam aboard USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). The Navy offers eligible candidates two opportunities per year, once in the spring and once in the fall, to test for the next higher pay grade.
