Breedlove, the Supreme Allied Commander Europe at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe and commander of U.S. European Command, speaks to Kosovo Force troops during a Sept. 4, 2015, visit to Camp Film City in Pristina, Kosovo, where he also met with several official to discuss the latest developments in Kosovo and the western Balkans. Breedlove underlined KFOR’s positive and close cooperation with the Kosovo Police, European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo, and other international and local organizations, in order to maintain a safe and secure environment and freedom of movement throughout Kosovo.
