Non-commissioned officers and junior Soldiers fire their weapons during a marksmanship event that was part of both the NCO and Soldier of the Quarter competitions held on Forward Operating Base Warrior, Kirkuk, Iraq, Oct. 23. Participants were also tested on operating a radio, performing first aid, land navigation and functions testing a grenade launcher.
