U.S. Army Col. Martin Docherty, a doctor deployed to Kosovo with Multinational Battle Group-East’s Task Force Medical, plays the bagpipes for more than 200 multinational Soldiers at the conclusion of a Sept. 12, 2015, suicide awareness walk on Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Docherty, a member of the U.S. Army Reserve’s 345th Combat Support Hospital out of Jacksonville, Fla., closed out the event with solo bagpipe renditions of “Amazing Grace” and the Army song. The suicide awareness event brought more than 200 multinational service members together in order to honor the memory of suicide victims and raise awareness of outreach opportunities.
