BAGRAM AIR FIELD, Afghanistan (Sept. 16, 2015) Capt. Duncan Smith, left, U.S. Navy SEAL, congratulates newly pinned Chief Hospital Corpsman Edson Anaya, from Eagle Pass, Texas, after a chief pinning ceremony at Bagram Air Field. Anaya, attached to the Role 3 Multinational Medical Unit based at Kandahar Airfield, is one of seven chief petty officers receiving anchors while serving as individual augmentees in Afghanistan.
