SINGAPORE (Sept, 10, 2015) - A henna artist paints the wrist of a local customer in Singapore's Little India during a cultural orientation tour for new members assigned to Navy Region Center Singapore Sept. 10, 2015. The six-hour tour included 24 military service members, civilian employess and their families and allowed a better understanding of the various cultures found in and around the city-state of Singapore.
