A U.S. Navy EA-18G Growler takes off Sept. 12, aboard the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The USS Ronald Reagan departed San Diego Aug. 31 to its new homeport of Yokosuka, Japan, as part of a three carrier homeport shift involving the USS George Washington (CVN 73) and USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71).
