Members of the NATO Support Agency are given a briefing by Chief Warrant Officer 3 Ismael Ramosbarbosa, a senior airdrop systems technician with the 4th Quartermaster Company, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, on small unit support vehicles. The equipment is being palletized by Alaska Air National Guard C-17 Globemaster III loadmasters and inspected by joint air drop inspectors in preparation for airdrop operations at the Joint Mobility Complex Sept 14.
