Naval Support Activity Bahrain (Sept. 17, 2015) – Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 1st Class Tyler Nilsson, attached to Commander, Task Group (CTG) 56.1, explains explosive ordnance disposal robotics to 9th and 10th grade students from Creativity Private School in Bahrain during the Bahraini Youth Science and Technology (BYSAT) Expo on Naval Support Activity Bahrain. U.S. Embassy Manama liaised between the school and NAVCENT Civil Affairs, which organized the event. The expo displayed technology utilized by the Navy, encouraged students to pursue their education in the sciences and fostered friendly relationships with Bahraini youth.
