U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden conducts an All Hazards Full Scale Exercise in response to simulated car bombing against U.S. personnel and facilities in Wiesbaden, Germany, on Sept. 18, 2015. Upon completion of the exercise Col.
