Navy Federal Credit Union regional manager Europe branch Larry R. The Navy Federal Credit Union ATM is the first on camp and is the first Navy Federal Credit Union ATM on the African continent. This machine is anticipated to dispense approximately a half million U.S. Dollars per month to military members and civilian contractors on camp. Navy Federal Credit Union is a member owned and operated company based out of the United States.
