WASHINGTON, D.C. (Sept. 25, 2015) The 18th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff U.S. Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey conducts a passing review at his retirement and change of responsibility ceremony. Dempsey retires from the military after 41 years in service, and is succeeded by Marine Gen. Joseph Dunford.
