Alexander Tamez, assigned to Combat Logistics Battalion 22 of the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, directs the driver of an M88A2 Hercules recovery vehicle during the replacement of an M1A1 Abrams main battle tank engine in the well deck of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry. Fort McHenry is deployed with the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group supporting of maritime security operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
