Lower Mekong Initiative Disaster Relief Exercise and Exchange participants on the bank of the Mekong River in Hadsaifong District, Laos PDR, Sept. 22, 2015. LMI DREE participants received a briefing by local officials on their flood control efforts during the visit to the site. The LMI DREE is an annual civil-military disaster preparedness and response initiative between the governments of Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, and the United States.
