U.S. Army Brig Gen Giselle Wilz, NATO Headquarters Sarajevo commander, briefed a panel of military subject matter experts during the Managing Defense in the Wider Security Context Course Sept. 16, 2015, at the Army Hall in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Wilz provided situational awareness and the NATO sight picture in the Balkans. After her briefing, she provided a 20-minute question-and-answer session. The course was hosted by the University of Cranfield, and sponsored by the United Kingdom.
