Secretary of the Army John M. McHugh; Chief of Staff of the Army Gen. George W. Casey; and Sgt. Maj. of the Army Kenneth O. Preston re-signed the Army Family Covenant at the conclusion of the first family forum Oct. 6 during the 55th Annual Association of the United States Army Meeting and Exposition held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson Family Readiness Leaders were in attendance for the re-signing which represents the Army's ongoing efforts to support service members and their families.
