International Combat Lifesavers Course held Sept. 24, 2015, at the Finthen training area, in Finthen, Germany. The multinational training focused on Combat Life Saver and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TC3), working with military working dogs (MWD), and their handlers, as well as various ways to transport the injured to safety. Once in a safe area they are able to access the patient's injuries, call in have the patient picked up and transported to a medical care facility.
