Charles Smith, receive their prizes for placing in the Operation Rising Star finals competition on Sept. 25, 2015 at the Phantom Warrior Center, Fort Hood. All three finalists received cash prizes and the 1st place winner goes on to compete with other winners from installations abroad in San Antonio and a position in the traveling Soldier Show.
