Joel Quintanilla, native of San Antonio, Texas assigned to the 655th Concrete Team, 19th Engineer Battlaion, record elevation points to give equipment operators conducting earthmoving operations a diagram of high and low areas. Valdez and his team are conducting a topographical survey at the Camp Leatherneck expansion site, which will provide the NMCB 74 with an accurate representation of the lay of the land.
