U.S. Navy Adm. Scott H. Swift speaks with U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. John A. Toolan and Lt. Col. Eric Dougherty during a visit to Marine Rotational Force – Darwin Oct. 4 at Robertson Barracks, Palmerston, Australia. The Marines and sailors spoke of new changes coming to the next rotation of Marines in Australia, their capabilities as a Marine Air-Ground Task Force and the overall mission of MRF-D. This deployment demonstrates how the MAGTF is equipped and organized to carry out national objectives in cooperation with our international partners.
