Col. Alexander Balchev, a Marine with the Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force 26, answers a question asked by Geraldo Rivera during a live taping of the morning show, Fox and Friends, aboard the flight deck of USS New York Nov. 5, 2009. Aboard the ship are Marines from several units that merged to form SPMAGTF-26. The ship, which has 7 1/2 tons of steel salvaged from the World Trade Center forged into its hull, is scheduled to be commissioned Nov. 7.
