NORFOLK, Va. (Oct. 2, 2015) The Pre-commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) choir sings during Ens. Jeff Simmons’ limited duty officer (LDO) commissioning ceremony on Naval Station Norfolk.
