ANNAPOLIS, Md. (Oct. 2, 2015) A photo depicts the U.S. Naval Academy's (USNA) Old Goat Award. This award is given to the oldest Naval Academy graduate still on active duty. Adm. Mark Ferguson, commander of Allied Joint Force Command, and USNA Class of 1978, received the Old Goat award during a ceremony in King Hall at the U.S. Naval Academy.
