NAVAL SUPPORT FACILITY DEVESELU, Romania (Oct. 1, 2015) - A Sailor assigned to Naval Support Facility (NSF) Deveselu rehearses techniques on how to respond in the event of an active shooter during training, Oct. 1. The training was conducted between Naval Support Facility (NSF) Deveselu and the Romanian 99th Military Base Security forces. NSF Deveselu is co-located with the 99th Military base in south-central Romania. The installation is home to the Aegis Ashore Missile Defense System, which is part of Phase II of the European Phased Adaptive Approach to ballistic missile defense in Europe. (U.S. Navy photo by Lt.
