NAVAL SUPPORT FACILITY DEVESELU, Romania (Oct. 1, 2015) - A member of the Romanian 99th Military security forces practices techniques, Oct. 1, during training on how to respond to an active shooter. The training was conducted between Naval Support Facility (NSF) Deveselu and the Romanian 99th Military Base Security forces. NSF Deveselu is co-located with the 99th Military base in south-central Romania. The installation is home to the Aegis Ashore Missile Defense System, which is part of Phase II of the European Phased Adaptive Approach to ballistic missile defense in Europe. (U.S. Navy photo by Lt.
