(Sept. 30, 2015)- A mulage artist applies a simulated missing finger to Utilitiesman Constructionman Kyle Webb, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, during NMCB 4’s 2015 Field Training Exercise (FTX) at Camp Rovinski in Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. The training is designed to exercise all aspects of the battalion’s defensive and operational capabilities from manning a fighting position on the company lines, to reacting to chemical warfare threats and improvised explosive devices.
