ARTA BEACH, Djibouti (Sept. 29, 2015) U.S. Marine 1st Lt. Michael Hosteny provides security for his squad during a patrolling exercise during a desert survival course with the French 5th Overseas Combined Arms Regiment (RIAOM). Hosteny is the executive officer of Delta Company, 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Detachment, Battalion Landing Team 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
