A Turkish national unloads gravel to be used as a foundation for building structures Sept. 15, 2015 at Diyarbakir Air Base, Turkey. Personnel from the 435th Contingency Response Squadron worked with local Turkish contractors to build and lay the foundation for the base where U.S. personnel will be deployed and operating from.
