U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Richard Simcock addresses 1st Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, Marine Rotational Force – Darwin, Oct. 6 at Robertson Barracks, Palmerston, Australia. Simcock and Sgt. Maj. Vincent Santiago congratulated the Marines on their hard work and the amount of effort they’ve shown throughout their time with 1st Brigade, Australian Army while participating in training exercises, performing community services and immersing in Australian culture.
