151006-N-AX638-1022 NORFOLK (Oct. 6, 2015) Sailors aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) call into a live all-hands call with the Chief of Naval Personnel Vice Adm. Bill Moran and Fleet Master Chief April D. Beldo, manpower, personnel, training, and education, using video teleconference (VTC) capabilities, while underway. Kearsarge is deployed as part of the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group (KSGARG) comprised of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Arlington (LPD 24), the amphibious dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51) and 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (26 MEU).
