Italian Maj. Gen. Guglielmo Luigi Miglietta, the Kosovo Force Commander, presents a traditional military coin to Bishop Richard Spencer, from the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA, during Spencer’s Oct. 7, 2015, religious support visit to the KFOR headquarters at Camp Film City in Pristina, Kosovo. Spencer met with Miglietta to discuss religious support topics important to the command.
