A Soldier from the 416th Theater Engineer Command Color Guard assists a family member who struggled to light her fallen Soldier’s candle at the Survivor Outreach Services Remembrance Ceremony, hosted at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Darien, Ill., Oct. 4.
