Phan Kim Ouellette assumed command Aug. 24, 2014, of the Army Reserve Medical Command’s Headquarters and Headquarters Company from U.S. Army Major Brian C. Hill at C.W. Bill Young Armed Forces Reserve Center. Ouellette received her direct commission in 2002 and was then assigned to the 319th Minimal Care detachment and reported to ARMEDCOM in 2007 as an Army nurse assigned to the command’s Surgeon Office.
