The Fiscal section can use either a Field Ordering Officer budget or BPA to get squadrons with Marine Aircraft Group 16 (Reinforced), 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, the items they need and can't get through the regular supply system. The money paid to the vendors goes into the local economy benefiting both the deployed units and the Iraqi economy. Mullis is the fiscal officer with MAG-16 and Tampa, Fla., native. Phillips is a disbursing pay agent, Combat Logistics Battalion 7, 1st Marine Logistics Group, and Cassville, Mo., native.
