MANAMA, Bahrain (October 2, 2015) - Cryptologic Technician (Technical) 2nd Class Arsenio Julien, from Charlotte Amalie, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Operations Specialist 3rd Class Dwight Snowden, from Chicago, stow mooring lines as the guided-missile destroyer USS Farragut (DDG 99) departs Manama, Bahrain. Farragut is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations as part of Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group supporting Operation Inherent Resolve, strike operations in Iraq and Syria as directed, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the region.
